House Rules Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Gatherings: Small, respectful gatherings are welcome. No parties or disruptive behavior. Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home. Additional Guests: An extra charge of $25 applies per additional guest. Cleaning Fee: A $100 excessive cleaning fee will be charged if unwashed dishes are left in the sink or if trash is not properly disposed of in the provided garbage cans. Pet Policy & Fees: Pets require approval prior to booking. Pets must relieve themselves outdoors and must be bathed outside—never inside the bathtubs or sinks. A $100 fee will be charged (and all applicable damages filed) if pet hair is found on the couches, floors, bathtubs, or sinks. Towels: Bath towels are provided for indoor use only and must stay inside the house. Please bring your own beach towels. A $25 fee per towel will be charged if bath towels are taken outside the property. Security: Exterior security cameras may be in use for guest and property safety.
